About Us

The mission of the Antigua Planned Parenthood Association (APPA) is “to ensure that the community is afforded good sexual reproductive health through education, counselling, and affordable family planning services.” The APPA with the support of its donors The Mill Reef Fund, Population Service International, and the International Planned Parenthood Federation continues to offer safe, affordable Sex and Reproductive Health (SRH) services, including family planning, to the people of Antigua and Barbuda. Despite an 18% reduction in funding from Planned Parenthood Federation, the APPA remains committed to providing quality services such as training, educating, dispensing of contraceptives, and testing (pregnancy, HIV, paternity, cholesterol, blood pressure, PAP, and blood sugar).

Our Mission is to advance the Sexual and Reproductive well-being of the Antiguan and Barbudan population by providing safe efficient and affordable sexual and reproductive health services including family planning.
